How to Fix a Mistake on your Bankruptcy Forms After Filing

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) recently announced that more than 100,000 people have been disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits for the week. This is due to not meeting the strict criteria set in place by the department.

The DOLE has put a series of guidelines in place that must be followed in order to qualify for unemployment benefits. These include proof of employment and income status prior to filing, as well as an application process which requires information including name, address, telephone number and other personal details. If any of these requirements are not met, then individuals will be disqualified from receiving benefits for the week.

Additionally, those who fail to file their claims within seven days of filing or provide sufficient proof will also be disqualified from receiving aid during this period.
